Twilio alternative

Twilio is a Programmable Messaging platform you wire into apps, agents, and business workflows. We are a personal assistant you text on a public US and Canada number.
Same channel family. Different job. They sell pipes and scale. We sell the assistant that already works.
This is not a ChatGPT comparison. That post is already written: Why Use AI Chat SMS When You Can Just Use ChatGPT?.
We already compared consumer texting assistants in our Instinct, Homer, Dunnit, and Pally pages. Sendblue is the other Provider page. Twilio is the CPaaS at scale.
What Twilio says
From twilio.com Messaging: business messaging and CPaaS. Build deeper customer relationships at scale. Engage on SMS, RCS, MMS, WhatsApp, and more.
You buy or port a number, then send with the Programmable Messaging REST API. SDKs, quickstarts, and code samples. Related products on their docs include Conversations, Verify, Studio, Flex, and Engage.
Published channels include SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger (public beta on docs), and in-app chat via Conversations. Builder features include Message Scheduling, link shortening with click tracking, Messaging Services and sender pools, templates, deliverability tooling, and Trust Hub compliance onboarding (A2P 10DLC, toll-free verification). Number types include long code, toll-free, short code, and alphanumeric sender IDs where supported.
Pricing from twilio.com/en-us/sms/pricing/us: free trial with no credit card required, then pay as you go. US long-code SMS is $0.0083 outbound and inbound per segment. Long-code MMS is $0.022 outbound and $0.0165 inbound. Carrier fees apply on top. Long codes lease from $1.15 a month. Toll-free from $2.15 a month. Short codes are much higher. Volume and committed-use discounts exist. Enterprise goes through sales.
Their Messaging page also markets global scale: 180+ countries, 99.95%+ monthly API uptime, thousands of carrier connections. Integrations marketed include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Microsoft Teams, and more.
We are not going to publish any of their phone numbers or sample digits from docs. Link twilio.com. Keep the logo.
